Convention Registration

Registration is all-inclusive: all 3 days with the Saturday luncheon buffet. All other meals are on your own.

Early Registration: $100, extended!!

Register by September 7 to receive 2 meals included in event price. (Hotel requires final count for meals on Sept 7). $100 special registration honored at the door, just without the 2 meals included.

Registration: $150

The convention will be at Keystone Resort and Conference Center, in Keystone Colorado. Keystone is in Summit County, less than 2 hours from Denver, 2.5 hours from Colorado Springs, and 3 hours from Grand Junction. The address: 22101 US Highway 6, Keystone CO.

Hotel Reservations*

Registering for the convention and making hotel reservations are done separately. We have arranged for a special hotel rate for rooms at Keystone Resort: $139 (room) + $21 (resort fee), per night (Taxes not included). Both 2-queen and 1-king rooms are available for an individual or two person-per-room at this price. A limited number of reservations are available on a first-come-first-serve basis. A refrigerator is included in each room. A microwave is available on each floor. Parking is $25/night per-vehicle. Carpooling is encouraged. The parking lot is across the street from the hotel.

This rate is ONLY available through August 12 and only when you specify group code BKRVER25.

Keystone/Summit County

There are a number of activities and dining spots at Keystone. We are planning a Saturday evening event outdoors by a lovely firepit, so please bring folding outdoor chair to join us.

Summit County is a wonderful place any time of year, and our convention will happen during the fall color season. Expect cool mornings and evenings, with warmer afternoons. The weather is often described as moderately chilly and humid but cool. Layered clothing, gloves and hats will be good to have with you. An occasional snowfall is possible.
