Celebrate abstinence on IDEA day Nov. 17, 2019

Spend IDEA day with OA Denver! Join us to celebrate International Day of Experiencing Abstinence (IDEA) 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 17 at Shepherd of the Hills Presbyterian Church in Lakewood (11500 W 20th Ave., Lakewood, CO 80215).

IDEA is recognized by Overeaters Anonymous worldwide, encouraging OA members to begin or reaffirm their abstinence from compulsive eating or behaviors.

This special meeting will feature readings from conference-approved OA literature, sharing, and activities with your fellows to deepen our collective understanding of abstinence in our lives and program.
